My Current GTD Approach

Capture tool:

Moleskine Cahier, pocket size.

Precise V5 pen.

Why?

• Fits in any pocket.
• Paper "starts up" instantly.
• Unobtrusive, quick input.

Software:

Why?

• Integrates with Google Calendar.
• Good Web interface with drag and drop.
• Can be customized to work with GTD (they offer a video showing some ideas for that, but for inspiration I used the GTD Setup guide for Outlook from davidco.com ).
• iPhone app (not awesome, but it works).

Cons: presentable but not beautiful interface; no search yet (but a good weekly review will minimize that problem!).
